An observational survey on the Tonantzintla Observatory on the groups of emission-line dwarf stars associated with the Orion Nebula and the nebulous cluster NGC 2264 was carried out. The observational material consists of a series of three exposures slightly displaced from one another made successively on each plate behind filters that isolate spectral regions in yellow, blue and ultraviolet. Considerable numbers of faint stars were found to have a strong intensification of their ultraviolet images relative to the blue and yellow. All of these objects had previously been discovered to have bright Hα line.
