The existence of a source of the electromagnetic field in a 1D magnetic flux tube with the mono-energetic distribution of electrons and ions in the thin plasma is analyzed. The energies of electrons and ions and their densities on the boundary of the absorption region are estimated for the potential difference and the current density which are typical for the auroral field lines.
