Simultaneous independent observations of the compact radio source 3C 144 in the Crab Nebula during its approach toward the sun were carried out on two large radio telescopes of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. The apparent angular dimensions of the source, modified by the scattering of radio waves on the circumstellar plasma, were measured with the DKR-1000 radio telescope at a wavelength of 2.9 m. The Faraday rotation of the polarization plane of the radiation of 3C 144 was measured with the RATAN-600 radio telescope at a wavelength of 7.6 cm.
