A study of the center-to-limb variation of the solar granulation spatial power spectrum, using speckle interferometric techniques is reported here. For angular frequencies higher than 0.4/arcsec, the power spectra are well approximated by exponentially decreasing curves. The rms contrast of the solar granulation display a monotonic center-to-limb decrease. A morphological interpretation of these results is attempted.
