H_2O masers appear where strong winds from young massive stars strike ambient material. Observations of positions, proper motions and Doppler shifts of maser features trace motions of the interacting material. Correlation functions of these observables show the scale-free structure characteristic of self-similar turbulence, down to a minimum scale of about an AU. We compare observational results with theoretical models for supersonic turbulence.
