It is shown that differential VLBI can determine the coordinates of spacecraft with high accuracy. The accuracy with which the relative coordinates of spacecraft can be determined can be reduced to fractions of a milli-arcsec. A quasar or a spacecraft can be used as the reference source. The accuracy of absolute measurements of spacecraft coordinates (with allowance for quasar-coordinate errors) can be of the order of 10 milli-arcsec. Absolute measurements of the coordinates of the Giotto spacecraft in the Comet Halley mission are considered as an example.
