Minoru Yamamoto discovers 1908+01 Nova Aquilae 1993 at photovisual magnitude 7.6 at RA 19h 10m 34.69s DEC 1° 29' 14" (1950).
Irregular variable EX Lupi is brightening beyond its normal 13.7 and requests are made for observations.
Japanese astronomers with X-ray satellite ASCA are requesting both visual and photographic monitoring of SS Cyg and AD Leo.
N Oph 1993 is rapidly fading.
SN 1993J is also fading, currently at approx. 12.6 magnitude.
