Two new sets of synthetic horizontal-branch (HB) models computed using evolutionary tracks are presented. Three different values for the width of the HB mass distribution were considered for each of the possible (Y, Z) combinations for the two sets of evolutionary tracks employed. In each case the mean HB evolutionary mass was varied yielding a range of HB morphologies. The numerical procedure is described and a preliminary analysis of the models is presented. Such models allow the study of the Sandage period-shift effect, the Oosterhoff dichotomy, and the properties of the galactic globular cluster (GGC) system. A tabulation of the morphological and pulsational results is given for selected cases. Applications of the models to GGCs are discussed.
