The BL Lac object PKS 0235+164 was observed with the Energetic Gamma Ray Telescope Experiment (EGRET) on the Compton Observatory from February 20, 1992 to March 5, 1992. During this period, PKS 0235+164 was detected with a flux level above 100 MeV of (8.0 +/- 1.2) X 10^-7^ photons cm^-2^ s^-1^. The spectra is well represented by a power law with spectral index 1.85+/-0.19. During this observation there is no evidence for time variation of the flux.
