An update to the description of the Deep Space Communications Complex portion of the Mark 4-A Telemetry system is given. This system is currently implemented at all signal processing centers. The upgrade of the telemetry system was undertaken primarily in support of the Voyager-Neptune Encounter and the Magellan mission.
