It has been demonstrated that the broad Hα line of a radio galaxy, Arp 102B, can be fitted very well by the line profile from a simple relativistic Keplerian thin disk. A self-consistent model of a line-emitting accretion disk which accounts for the observed properties of Arp 102B as well as other similar broad line radio galaxies has been built.
