The galaxy distributions in the optical catalogs UGC and ESO are compared with those in the IRAS sample by calculating the auto- and cross-angular correlation functions. It is found that each angular correlation function is well approximated by the form w(theta) = A (theta exp 1-gamma) out to an angular distance of 5 deg, with gamma = 1.7.
