The accurate positions and proper motions of 592 stars brighter than 12m in the AGK3 system were determined in 15 areas with galaxies by means of the double long-focus astrograph of the Main Astrophysical Observatory of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. The mean square error of star positions is epsilon alpha cos delta = + or - 0.20 arcsec, epsilon delta = + or - 0.18 arcsec (1982.1), while that of proper motions is epsilon mu(alpha) cos delta = + or - 0.0106 arcsec per year and epsilon mu(delta) = + or - 0.0095 arcsec per year.
