The effect of the gravitational field of stars on the propagation of intense radiative shock waves is investigated in the infinitely thin layer approximation. The equations of motion for shock waves and their analytical solutions are found. Combining the previously obtained solution for the adiabatic phase with the present one, the complete description of the shock wave propagation is obtained.
