Micron-sized dust grains were identified by their light scattering characteristics in Saturn's ringsystem. A multitude of interactions between magnetospheric particles, fields and dust grains will occur. Electromagnetic effects are discussed which lead to the dust distribution in Saturn's E-ring and to levitated dust in the B-ring (spokes). Observations of the spokes phenomenon are described and a theory of spokes formation is discussed.
