A chemical analysis of the B star HD 204754 has been carried out. According to Cowley et al. (1982) this star is suspected to have decreased abundance of iron. Parameters of the atmosphere Te = 13000K, lg g = 3.5, and vt = 4 km/s are obtained. Abundances of 9 elements from C to Ni are calculated by means of the model atmosphere technique. No deficit of iron exceeding 0.3 dex has been found. Abundances of all other elements practically do not differ from both solar abundances and those in the normal B star ν Cap of spectral type similar to that of the star under study.
