The orbital elements of the spectroscopic binary star Kappa-2 Boo (HR
5328) are derived on the basis of radial velocity measurements covering
70 yr. Attention is given to the phase distribution of velocities and
residuals. The period of the system is determined to be 1790 days, and
the semiamplitude of the velocity curve is found to be 7.2 km/sec.
