The X-ray outburst from the recurrent X-ray transient pulsar, 4U 0115+63, during February and March 1987 is reported. The observations were made with the A11 Sky Monitor (ASM) onboard the Ginga satellite. The outburst continued for at least 22 days and fell below the detector threshold on March 7, 1987. An apparent maximum intensity of 180 mCrab was observed on March 1. The duration, the maximum intensity, and the X-ray spectrum are similar to the previous outbursts. The data also support the three-year quasi-periodicity previously suggested for this source.
