The Beltrami motion of steady, rotating, viscous, incompressible, perfectly-conducting two-phase fluid flows in the presence of a magnetic field is investigated. In the analysis, the governing equations have been decomposed along the vortex line triad. Conditions are determined for which the vortex lines are geodesics and the family of Maxwellian surfaces is a normal congruence of developables.
