Based upon a study of the distribution of the interstellar H I 21 cm line emission around the Wolf-Rayet star HD 156385, the authors have discovered the presence of a remarkable expanding H I bubble, radio-counterpart of the optical nebula RCW 114, surrounded by a thick H I shell. Both the H I and optical features display outstandingly similar morphologies, and have been created by the action of the strong stellar wind of the WR star and its massive progenitor. The H I bubble has a radius of 57 pc, an expansion velocity of 10 km s-1, and a swept-up H I mass of 6.2×103M_sun;.
