Scientific paper
We show that as PU Vul fell to full quiescence in 1994, following a long outburst, the system developed well-defined 0.2 mag oscillations with a characteristic period of ~211 days. This quasi-periodicity is distinctly different from the behavior seen during late decline from outburst, where weaker photometric variations near 317, 227, and 120 days were seen. Suggested causes for this variation are discussed.
