The galactic rotation curve has been determined using the space velocities of 197 OB-stars associated with 59 H II-regions and of 144 classical cepheids, respectively. The results based on radial velocites or proper motions alone show no systematic differences. Fitting a flat rotation curve model to the data the angular velocity of the LSR around the galactic center is derived. Its value is very close to the IAU standard value for both kind of stars.
