Results from the study of a radio-source sample from the Green Rank survey catalog 87GB are presented. The sample includes sources with flux densities higher than 200 mJy at the 4.85 GHz Green Bank survey frequency in the declination range +03^deg^ < δ < +05^deg^. The observations were performed in January and February, 1992, in the Northern sector of the RATAN-600 radio telescope at three frequencies, 0.96, 3.95, and 11.1 GHz. As a result, the spectra of 112 sources were obtained. Furthermore, the accuracy of the source right ascensions was improved by a factor of 5 - 10 (for ~70% of the sources, the accuracy of the right ascension is <0.1^s^). About 80% of the objects studied were identified with sources from the Texas survey.
