The Riemann S-ellipsoids with inner magnetic fields are generalized. Such a magnetic field prolongs the self-conjugated spheroids with negative inner circulation of matter along the rotation axes and provides an equilibrium of the new series of the strongly oblated ones with positive inner circulation of matter. The azimuthal magnetic field doesn't change the geometry of Jacoby ellipsoids, but increases the angular velocity of their rotation. Toroidal magnetic fields stabilize the strongly oblated Maclaurin spheroids. There exists a critical value of magnetic induction on the ellipsoid's equator which stabilizes the Maclaurin spheroids.
