A Prognoz-9 survey of the Galactic plane was carried out at a frequency of 37 GHz with an angular resolution of 5.5 deg and a temperature resolution of 0.6 mK in the framework of the Relikt experiment. Excess radiation was observed in Galactic quadrants I and IV. Portions of the thermal and nonthermal emission of extended components in the 408-MHz survey are estimated.
