The results of the narrow-band photometry of IHW standard stars and comet P/Giacobini-Zinner and Halley obtained at the Ondřejov Observatory are summarized. The densities of the CN, C3 and C2 molecules were derived and the production rates roughly estimated. It was shown that the CO+ emission cannot be determined. Owing to the significant contamination of the C2 filter by the emission bands, the estimated fluxes of the underlying continuum for the CO filter are higher than follows from the measurements.
