The analysis of more than 140.000 determinations of the latitude of
Pulkovo during 80 years showed that the variations of the mean latitude
of Pulkovo are generated by local meteorological and global factors. The
secular change of the mean latitude of Pulkovo corresponds to the value
of the secular motion of the Earth's pole.
