Stars: Be
Scientific paper
Spectral types, rotational velocities, and radial velocities were estimated for eight Be and two non-emission B stars at high galactic latitudes from CCD spectra, and their distances from the galactic plane calculated. All of the objects appear to be spectroscopically normal; for the Be stars, at least, there is no reason to evoke an unusual origin for this sample of stars. (SECTION: Stars)
