The mean time rate of change of the Newtonian energy and momentum of a clean, point-like, nearly-Newtonian binary is studied. It is found that some post-post-Newtonian non-secular terms must be added to the standard secular radiative fluxes. The post-post-Newtonian terms go to zero for the Newtonian center of mass observer in the case of the energy but not in the case of momentum. Because of the long period of these post-post-Newtonian terms they are observationally significant, i.e., in practice they will appear as if they were secular effects.
