Scientific paper

A system of corrections permitting comparison of the observed and
theoretical parameters of B-star atmospheres is obtained. The
correlations of color indices and H-gamma and He I halfwidths and
equivalent widths measured for B stars with values derived from model
atmospheres and from evolutionary tracks are discussed.
