Using the dispersion equation of the stability of a plasma cylinder which was deduced in the case of existing internal flow, the dispersion curves of the growing mode have been calculated for the internal velocity of 160 km/s (surge type) and 600 km/s (spray type) respectively. Physical explanations were made for several special high-speed ejective phenomena.
