Based on the improved Peng's method, the equivalent thicknesses of 73 spiral galactic disks have been derived through processing images and fitting spiral arms. The improved Peng's method is built on the Poission equation's exact solutions of the galactic disk's gravitational potential perturbation. The images are from the latest spiral images released by the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS). These data are important for further researches on spiral galaxies.
