We propose to continue spectroscopic monitoring of the ``born again'' giant V4334 Sgr (Sakurai's Object). This star apparently has undergone a final He flash while on the white dwarf cooling track and has temporarily returned to its AGB luminosity. During the three years since its discovery, this object has demonstrated dramatic changes in elemental abundances, effective photospheric temperature, and visual magnitude. Other than catastrophic events such as supernovae, Sakurai's Object is undergoing stellar evolution at a record pace. Following the ejection of a dust shell in late 1998, Sakurai's Object has dimmed by more than 10 mag at V, and infrared spectroscopy is required to follow its continuing evolution.
