Five thermal sources have been observed at 15 GHz with an angular
resolution of about 0.65 arcsec. For two sources, W3(OH) and NGC 7027,
detailed brightness distributions have been obtained; two others, NGC
7538(B) and V 1016 Cyg, are partially resolved. The physical
implications of the results are discussed briefly.
