The Tolman-Bondi model with cosmological term is studied. It is found that the field equations imply a Kepler-like equation modified by a harmonic potential. The integral of the equation is done by means of Weierstrass elliptic functions. A configuration of the physical parameter implies the existence of collapsing time of the dust matter. Near the collapsing time a black light horizon is found.
