The location of antiflare stars (AFS) on the H-R diagram is determined. 23 most completely investigated variables are located along the giant and subgiant branch. Comparing this fact with the data on peculiarities of light and colour variations, rotational velocities, brightness pulsations and connection with local nebulosities, the authors conclude, that AFS do not have adequate features for including them to a group of extremely young "revealed" objects. In such a case their location on the H-R diagram can serve as one of the evidences for the hypothesis that AFS have already evolved along the main sequence.
