The spectrum of particles accelerated near the light cylinder of an axisymmetrically rotating magnetized neutron star is determined theoretically. Based on this spectrum, gamma radiation spectra are calculated for photon energies greater than 10 to the 11th eV. The theoretical spectra are compared with observations of the Crab and Vela pulsars.
