The relationship between nu(c) and a period of the pulsar P is confirmed on the basis of nu(c) frequencies for high-frequency cut-offs in 31 pulsars obtained in other studies. A nu(c)(x) diagram is constructed where x is the relative angular distance between the line of sight and the center of the radiation cone. It is shown that pulsars with long periods are in the lower left corner of this diagram. Some geometrical and physical causes of high-frequency cut-offs are analyzed. The findings can be explained within the framework of a model for thin plasma sheets, the interaction of which causes Langmuir waves to generate at distances of about 10 to the 8th cm from the center of the neutron star. Pulsars without high-frequency cut-offs can be described by a model showing the value of nu(c) very close to the maximum frequency in the spectra of these pulsars.
