Calculations are made of the tidal action of a giant E galaxy on the globular cluster of an S galaxy during the galaxies' encounter. The total number of globular clusters lost by the S galaxy during the encounter is estimated as well as the fraction of globular clusters captured by the E galaxy. The conditions of capturing are determined. The surface density distributions of captured globular clusters resulting from passages of several S galaxies were also obtained. They proved to be similar to the observational ones for a number of giant E galaxies.
