A number of young SNR have rapidly moving knots of oxygen-rich material, including N132D in the LMC and 1E 0102.2-7219 in the SMC. A search was conducted for rapidly moving sulfur in these SNR by observing the forbidden S II 6716 A and forbidden S III 9069, 9532 A lines. Null results were obtained at surface brightnesses a small fraction of those detected in forbidden O III.
