We propose a cosmological model in which resonant energy exchange between gravity and matter is realized. The Hubble parameter becomes oscillatory and causes an apparent density fluctuation without conflicting with the isotropy of the microwave background radiation. We study a nonconformally coupled scalar field with a mass about 10 exp -31 eV. Several new observational consequences are derived: a large scale coherent periodicity in the redshift distribution of galaxies with the periodicity about 100 Mpc, a QSO redshift clustering, a changing Hubble parameter on a scale z about 0.01, a dark matter density that increases with distance, a luminosity distance-redshift relation, and a changing gravitational constant.
