Accurate radio positions measured with the Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope at 5 GHz are reported for about 180 radio sources from the NRAO-Bonn 5 GHz 'S4' survey. The observations have also enabled the angular structures of the sources to be determined with a resolution of about 6 arcsec. Contour maps are presented for the extended sources. Some very extended sources have been mapped also at 1.4 GHz. The distribution of angular sizes of all radio sources in the 'S4' Survey is briefly discussed.
