A large-scale map of the interplanetary plasma was obtained from two days of scintillation observations of a large number of radio sources. It is shown that the interplanetary plasma extended along the solar equator in a 2:1 ratio to the polar direction at the time of the observations. Large-scale inhomogeneities in the interplanetary plasma were observed.
