Interferometric observations of stream outflows - jets of active galactic nuclei and quasars reveal their complicated structure on parsec to kiloparsec scales. Most of jets possess a conical structure. It is known, if a jet is relativistic and directed toward the observer, we can estimate the opening angle of jet. In its turn, this permits to estimate the Lorentz factor characterized the jet propagation. For this aim we use the ratio of transverse and longitudional sizes of jets, received from the accessible radio maps of galaxies and quasars at high frequencies (1 - 5 GHz). The given structure parameter may be connect not only with space orientation, but evolution of object. To examine this assumption we study the relation of the structure parameter versus the characteristic time of radiation, spectral index, redshift, luminosity at high and low frequencies. The particular interest is the relationship of the jet structure parameter and luminosity of galaxies and quasars in the decameter range.
