Radio Astronomy Institute, Kharkov, Ukraine The hydrogen atom hyperfine structure line is accepted to be observed in the HI regions, but hydrogen atoms are so many in the expanded CII regions, that the hydrogen atom line may be detected in some CII regions too. The hydrogen atom line optical depth theoretically predicted is calculated with the assumption that the CII region dimension, carbon density and atom abundance ratio are known from the carbon radio recombination line observation ]interpretation. Currently carbon radio recombination lines are observed with the numbers 202-680 and 732 - 868 in the CII region toward Cassiopeia A. This region is considered to consist of an atom gas cloud in which a carbon atom is totally ionized and a hydrogen atom is assumed to be in the ground state. Following the radio recombination line detection, the experiment interpretation may allow to calculate the hydrogen atom density by volume in the CII region.
