Results are presented for experimental measurements of the power spectra of interplanetary scintillations of the radio source 3C 48 at 86 and 102 MHz. The observational data are shown to agree well with the hypothesis of a pure inverse-power-law spectrum for plasma turbulence. The spectral index is found to be weakly dependent on elongation for elongations greater than 50 deg and to have an average value of 3.4 to 4. It is noted that the scintillating component of 3C 48 has dimensions of less than 0.2 arcsec.
