The wavelengths and intensities of n = 3-2 and n = 4-2 transitions in Fe XVII are reduced from meaurements of the X-ray spectra of three coronal active regions. The observations were made using Bragg X-ray spectrometers operated on two Skylark rocket vehicles. New wavelength measurements are given with an uncertainty of + or - 0.003 A. Relative intensities are compared with calculated values. Agreement is generally good, except for some of the 2p(6)-2p(5)3s lines. A feature near 11.0 A in the measured spectra is tentatively identified with a blend of two previously unknown inner-shell transitions.
