The influence of nuisance parameters on the problem of simultaneous determination of the earth's shape and external gravitational field and on the determination of the segments of satellites' orbits is studied. It is assumed that nuisance parameters are various implicit factors, such as senior components of earth's gravitational potential, errors of geodesic linking between satellite monitoring ground stations, etc. Nuisance parameters and their effect on the accuracy of the problem's solution, on the structure of the filtering algorithm, and the applicability of some other parameters which can either increase or decrease the accuracy of the solution are studied.
