A qualitative picture of the evolution of globular clusters and their formation as a result of protogalaxy fragmentation is outlined. The clusters are considered to be a few conserved subsystems corresponding to the most compact fragments. Conditions are indicated under which less compact and more easily disrupted systems may be formed. It is shown that a young globular cluster can be disrupted by supernova explosions if they sweep out or transport from the center an appreciable part of the cluster's mass in the form of gas.
