The effect of internal rotation on the evolution of a 0.85 solar mass star is studied by constructing evolutionary sequences. The evolution is followed from the Main Sequence to the top of the red giant branch, and for one case through the helium core flash. The results suggest three principal effects which internal rotation might have on the evolution of low-mass stars: (1) the turnoff ages are increased for a given total mass, (2) the luminosity at the top of the red-giant branch is higher, and (3) the core mass at the helium flash is larger.
